Arcadis has been awarded a groundbreaking digital asset management contract with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) to spearhead the transformation of MTO's legacy systems, consolidating disparate assets into a centralized transportation asset management system.

The five-year commitment, with an additional five-year renewal option, marks the largest Enterprise Decision Analytics contract ever for Arcadis. The scope of the MTO project extends beyond highways and bridges to encompass assets including lighting, traffic signals, overhead signs, northern airports, and intelligent transportation systems. By integrating these assets into a unified system, Arcadis aims to streamline and optimize investment planning, enhance data sharing, and enhance operational efficiency for MTO.

Arcadis partners include Esri Canada, a leading GIS vendor globally, and Conectado Solutions Inc., which specializes in asset management. Additionally, Stantec, renowned for its expertise in legacy infrastructure management systems, joins the project team to provide invaluable insights and support.
